Meet Nancy Bailey

Nancy and her husband Jack have been married for 34 years and have happily called Brentwood home for over 25 years. This is where the Baileys raised their seven children—Mary Katherine (30), Sally (29), Lucy (27), Polly (25), John (23), Frank (21), and George (13). Six of their children graduated from Brentwood High School, and their youngest is currently attending Brentwood MIddle.

Nancy graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. Before dedicating herself to raising her family, she worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Guardian Insurance. Putting family first above career ambitions, Nancy chose to become a stay-at-home mother while actively engaging in the lives of her children and community.

Nancy initially homeschooled her children, but while the oldest were still in elementary school, the Baileys enrolled them in Williamson County Schools and never looked back. Throughout her children's education, Nancy loved being involved—bringing homemade treats for grade school birthdays, helping with props for middle school plays, and attending countless lacrosse and soccer games in high school.

Nancy is active at Covenant Presbyterian Church, where she has facilitated Bible studies and Jack has served as an elder. The Baileys are committed to giving back to their community through their support of numerous organizations, including GraceWorks, the Red Cross, the Hope Clinic for Women, Edgeworth Ministries, Young Life, and K Life. Nancy and Jack also contributed to Brentwood Middle School when it was built to help furnish the new facility.

With decades of experience managing a household of seven children, volunteering throughout Williamson County Schools, and serving her church and community, Nancy brings practical wisdom, conservative values, and a deep love for Brentwood to the County Commission. She understands what matters most to our community, and she is ready to fight to preserve the quality of life that has made Williamson County the best place in Tennessee to live, work, and raise a family.
